Research On Legal Issues Of Internet Credit Reporting

Credit Investigation refers to the business activities for collecting information,storing,analyzing,and providing information for the purpose of investigating the credit status of individuals or businesses.In recent years,a new type of Credit Investigation,which is different from traditional credit information activities,has appeared.Internet Credit Investigation is based on technologies such as big data and cloud computing.Credit information is mainly collected from the new type of Credit Investigation activities that the main body uses the behavior information left by the Internet and has a wider application scope.Compared with traditional credit reporting,there are different collection channels,different analysis of the subject credit status,and different product application scopes.With the development of Internet credit information,the number of legal problems it exposes has become more and more urgent.The Internet credit information currently has problems such as imperfect sharing mechanisms,imperfect protection of subject rights,and unreasonable institutional settings.After comparing advanced foreign practices,we recommend perfecting the standardization system,sharing the sharing mechanism,strengthening the protection of subject rights and interests,innovating credit collection agency arrangements,and strengthening supervision.
