At present,China has preliminarily formed a legal framework for credit information,mainly including administrative regulations and departmental regulations such as the "Regulations on the Management of Credit Information Industry",including regulatory documents such as local government regulations.With the rapid development of Internet financial credit reporting,and its differences from traditional credit reporting in terms of information sources,coverage,application scenarios,etc.,the relevant regulations on the management of traditional credit reporting are far from meeting the needs of current development.This article focuses on the prominent problems in the development of Internet financial credit information,and combines the advanced experience of developed countries in Europe and the United States,to make some suggestions for promoting and regulating the development of Internet financial credit information.The full text is divided into four parts: The first part mainly analyzes the basics of Internet financial credit reporting,analyzes the differences from traditional credit reporting based on clear concepts,and introduces the development of Internet financial credit reporting in China.The status quo lays the foundation for the following related issues.On the basis of the first part,the second part summarizes the current Internet finance from the aspects of credit information sharing,the protection of the rights and interests of information subjects,and credit supervision.The outstanding problems in the construction of the credit reporting system;the third part mainly introduces the advanced experience of European and American countries and summarizes relevant legal regulations that can be used for reference;the fourth part proposes countermeasures to improve China's Internet financial credit reporting system on the basis of summing up extraterritorial experience Suggest.
