A Comparative Study Of Corporate Governance Laws In China And Ukraine

China and Uzbekistan belong to the civil law countries,and there are certain similarities in the relevant laws of corporate governance.However,the differences between the two countries in their political,economic and cultural aspects also lead to many differences in corporate governance.The general framework of the legal system is different,and there are differences between China and Uzbekistan company legislation in such aspects as equity transfer,company liquidation,and so on.Through the study of the differences in the legislation of China and Uzbekistan,it is of great significance for the two countries to find the shortcomings of their respective legislation and to improve their legislation.The article emphasis about the political and economical system of Soviet Union and process of development of the company law in Uzbekistan.The company law is an important economic legal system of a country,which has played an important role in promoting the development of all countries and even the world economy.The perfection of the legal system of the company has a great influence on the economy and future development of a country.China and Uzbekistan belong to the countries of the continental law system,and their company legislation has some similarities.However,China and Uzbekistan are also different in their domestic politics,economy and culture,and there are many different places in the legislation of the two countries.The general framework of the legal system is different,and there are differences between China and Uzbekistan company legislation in such aspects as equity transfer,company liquidation,and so on.Comparative studies between China and Uzbekistan shows there are many differences in the law of corporate governance in China and Uzbekistan,mainly in the legislative environment,the legislative technology and the judicial practice of the two countries.To this end,this paper will first determine the theoretical basis of this article through the literature research method,and then through the descriptive and empirical summary of the current corporate legal system of the two countries and the original meaning of the legislation,and then through the experience summary method,case comparison analysis method to find the existing legal system of China and Ukraine existing companies.The problem,and put forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
