Sino-African Railway Construction Cooperation Research (2000-2017)

Under the new era,along with the implementation of the "Chinese Belt and Road Initiative" strategy,Chinese cooperation with African countries is increasingly close,the data show: 2015 in African infrastructure investments totaling $82 billion 400 million,the amount of investment in transportation for $34 billion 700 million,accounting for 42% of the amount of investment in infrastructure,and the corresponding is Africa has become Chinese second overseas project contracting market,both in the field of infrastructure especially railway construction cooperation occupies the main position.There are two reasons for this situation: on the one hand,the increasing demand for infrastructure in African countries;on the other hand,the improvement of infrastructure technology capability brought by the sustainable development of China's economy.With the deepening of cooperation between China and Africa in the field of railway construction,its contribution to the development and construction of Sino African International Relations in the new era will be more and more big,but also derived a series of problems.In addition,in the future,with the expected realization of international events such as Britain,Europe and the United States,the international form will become more complex,and the Sino African International Relations and railway construction will face new challenges.Under this background,non bilateral exchanges and cooperation in international relations compared to the macro level,this paper focused on the micro level of the field of railway construction,analysis of the cooperation between the two sides in the field of railway construction,to explore the related issues of non cooperation in railway construction and the influence of the new era of international relations,and put forward some measures to the changes in the international situation to the future.This article is divided into five parts to analyze and explore the cooperation between China and Africa in railway construction since the 21 st century.At present,there are not many studies on the China-Africa railway construction at home and abroad,most of which focus on the research on the cooperation in infrastructure construction between China and Africa or on the current infrastructure owned by African countries and on the railway traffic coverage.Involved in the railway construction cooperation between the two sides on the study.This paper explores the cooperation between China and Africa in railway construction by means of literatureresearch,case study,induction and inquiry,and other research methods,in the hope of serving as a platform for other scholars studying non-infrastructure construction,China-Africa trade and China-Africa relations Provide some reference This article intends to elaborate and sort out the historical evolution of the infrastructure cooperation between China and Africa and the role of China-Africa infrastructure in the relations between China and Africa based on the previous research on the cooperation between the two sides.Secondly,the current situation of infrastructure construction is extended to the cooperation in railway construction As well as the reasons for the rapid development of the cooperation between the two parties in the railway construction and summarizes the prominent features of the current China-Africa railway construction cooperation.In addition,the three cooperation railways with great influence between the two sides have been selected as an example for further analysis since the 21 st century.Finally,we explore the challenges that China and Africa encountered in the process of railway construction cooperation and put forward suggestions on how to strengthen China-Africa railway construction cooperation.In this paper,the main line of cooperation between China and Africa in railway construction,with the early Sino-African railway cooperation after the results of analysis and comparison found that with the deepening of cooperation between the two sides,the content of cooperation is also escalating and updating,cooperation also started by the railway construction cooperation To a wider range of higher level of cooperation in the transition.Although the course of cooperation is full of twists and turns,the laws governing the development of things are now spiraling and rising.Cooperation between China and Africa will surely become more and more stable over time and again in the challenge of fulfilling the "China Dream" and "Africa Dream ".
