Competition And Cooperation Between China And Japan Under The Belt And Road Initiativ

Since the launch of the Belt and Road Initiative,it has made remarkable achievements in the past decade.From the China Europe Express to the opening and operation of the China Laos Railway,it is a model for China to share development achievements with the world in a more open attitude.Due to the differences in political system,ideology and other fields,Japanese people from all walks of life have different views on the the Belt and Road Initiative,which to a certain extent determines the trend of Japan’s attitude towards the Belt and Road Initiative,which has changed from trust and resistance to rational view,and has recently turned negative.Japan’s perception of the Belt and Road Initiative includes many factors.While China is promoting the Belt and Road Initiative and the AIIB process,Japan is constantly deepening regional cooperation with Europe and ASEAN to reduce China’s influence and contain China.Nevertheless,regional cooperation is the trend of the times,and economic globalization is unstoppable.In order to relieve domestic economic pressure,Japan is also looking for new breakthroughs.The Belt and Road Initiative is a good answer.Especially after the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement takes effect,it will provide a broader cooperation platform for both China and Japan.Currently,the development of China Japan relations is facing both opportunities and challenges.By sorting out the development of China and Japanese,it is not difficult to see that the Chinese government has always been committed to achieving Sino-Japanese friendship and unwaveringly promoting the development of bilateral relations and the steady progress of the world economy.We need to recognize the existence of competitive factors and also recognize the benefits of cooperation.Therefore,this paper will start from the long-term trajectory of China Japan relations,analyze the competition and cooperation factors between China and Japan under the Belt and Road Initiative,and put forward relevant feasible suggestions,so as to deepen the economic and trade cooperation between the two countries,enhance political and economic mutual trust between the two countries,and promote the stability of Sino-Japanese relations.
