A Path Study On The Close Integration Of Ideological Party Building And Institutional Governance

Modern political parties,as an important political organization,occupy a pivotal and core position in national governance.Ideological guidelines and institutional rules are key elements and important measures for modern political parties to obtain the legitimacy and credibility of the government.Since the party's 18 th National Congress,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has innovatively managed the party's management of the party's thinking,and for the first time put forward a new conclusion of the party's construction that closely integrates ideological party building and institutional governance.The close integration of ideological party building and institutionalized party management is a profound grasp of the party's governing experience and a strategic choice for responding to the trend of the times.As far as the spirit of the ideological party building and the systemic administration of the party is closely combined,this spirit not only emphasizes the key to the "combination" basis and the "closeness",but more importantly,it points out the "building" and "ruling"."This is the key.Looking back at the party's five-year struggle since the 18 th CPC National Congress and the opening of the party's Nineteenth Congress,our party,as the core leader in leading the modernization of our country's governance system and governance capabilities,has actively pursued the modernization of modern party governance to promote the country's development.Governance modernization has made remarkable achievements,such as ideological and theoretical achievements,fruitful results,strict management of the party's governance,remarkable results,comprehensive purification of the political and ecological environment,vigorous implementation of the anti-corruption campaign,and in-depth strengthening of the party's foundation for the administration of the system.However,at the same time as achieving results,it will also face many challenges.The party must shoulder the major tasks of "fully building a well-to-do society," "fully deepening reforms," and "administering the country in a comprehensive manner."
