Study On Xi Jinping’s Thought Of Governing The Party Strictly In An All-round Way

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),remarkable achievements have been made in the work of strictly administering the Party in an all-round way under the leadership of a new leader with Xi Jinping as the core.Under the background of the new era,new changes and new problems have urged the new CPC Central Committee with Xi Jinping as its core to deeply understand and grasp the characteristics and laws of the Party’s strict governance in an all-round way.On the basis of summing up the practical experience of the Party’s strict governance in an all-round way and inheriting the theoretical achievements of predecessors,a more comprehensive and stringent "five plus two" construction layout has been put forward for the Party’s construction,that is,to comprehensively promote the Party’s Ideological construction,organizational construction,style construction,discipline construction and system construction run through them,and the fight against corruption will continue to deepen.It calls for the full deployment of strict governance of the Party from the political,ideological,organizational,style of work,discipline,system and anti-corruption levels,thus constituting Xi Jinping’s idea of strict governance of the Party in an all-round way and realizing the innovative development of Marxist Party building thought.This paper consists of six parts.The introduction briefly discusses the research purpose of this topic and the significance of this research from the theoretical and practical point of view.By sorting out the domestic and foreign researchers’ research on Xi Jinping’s thought of governing the Party strictly,this paper dissects the research ideas,difficulties and innovations of this paper.The second part briefly analyses the process of putting forward strict governance of the Party in an all-round way,distinguishes the related concepts of Party building,strict governance of the Party and strict governance of the Party in an all-round way,and dissects the connotation of strict governance of the Party in four aspects,namely,strengthening the leadership of the Party at the core,strengthening the foundation in an all-round way,stringent at the key and ruling at the key.The third part traces back to the founding of Marx andEngels’ theory of Party building and Lenin’s thought of governing the Party,expounds the development of our Party Leaders’ thought of governing the Party strictly,and concretely analyses the inheritance and development relationship between the thought of governing the Party strictly and the thought of governing the Party strictly in an all-round way,which serves as the theoretical basis for Xi Jinping’s innovation and the thought of governing the Party strictly in an all-round way Based on the profound changes of the situation of the world,the country and the Party in the new era,this paper expounds its realistic background.The fourth part is not only ideological theory,but also practical activities.From the perspective of theory and practice,this paper studies the main contents of Xi Jinping’s thought of strictly governing the Party in an all-round way: sticking to the political construction as the first priority,highlighting the basic construction of ideological construction,strengthening the organizational construction,tamping the Party’s body cells,adhering to the construction of style forever,putting discipline ahead,building a strict system throughout it,and combating corruption tirelessly.The fifth part is the refinement and deepening of the fourth part,briefly discussing Xi Jinping’s comprehensive practice of strictly governing the Party from governing the symbols to governing the root cause,from discipline to discipline;in the new era,leaders with Xi Jinping as the core are innovating in the inheritance of governing the Party,drawing a grand blueprint,adhering to the combination of governing the Party and governing the country,advocating a pragmatic attitude and problem orientation,and adhering to the comprehensive approach.Strictly highlight the key points,reflecting distinct characteristics.The sixth part elaborates the great significance of Xi Jinping’s thought of governing the Party strictly in an all-round way from the theoretical and practical levels.
