The security,stability,reform and development of the country as a whole are closely related to Tibet,which is located in the southwestern frontier of the motherland and has special characteristics in politics,economy,culture,natural geography,historical development and international situation struggle.The whole and part,global and local,it is used to describe the relationship with Tibet.Tibet in the work of the party and the state of global has special strategic position,which is the party central committee formulated and implemented the basic basis of Tibet policy.The Communist Party of China has scientifically analyzed the main and special contradictions facing Tibet's work and the new situation of strengthening ethnic unity and education,and held the sixth Central Committee Symposium on Tibet's Work in due course.At the meeting,Xi Jinping refined and formally put forward the concept of “strategy for governing Tibet” for the first time,and systematically explained its scientific connotation,which summed up the “six needs” of the party.This move is a summary and inheritance of the ideas of the collective governance of Tibet by the leaders of the previous Party Central Committee.At the same time,it has also developed and innovated,opening up a new historical era in the strategy of governing Tibet.It is the Party's strategy for governing Tibet that has been sublimated in the practical experience of Tibet.From then on,the Party's work in Tibet has become more calm and confident,and it has opened up a new journey of the Party's strategy for Tibet.In the study of the Party's strategy for governing Tibet at the sixth session of the Central Committee of the Tibet Work Forum,the literature research method was mainly used,and the research content was supplemented by empirical research and logical induction methods.First of all,from the background and significance of the Sixth Forum on Work in Tibet convened by the Central Committee,we will analyze the new situation and tasks facing Tibet and solve the many problems encountered in Tibet's work.At the same time,we have made clear a new strategy for the governance,stability and development of Tibet in the future.Secondly,a rational analysis of the historical origins and rich connotations of the Party Central Committee's strategy for Tibetan governance will help us fully understand the reasons for the development and spiritual essence of the strategy,and then effectively explore the inherent logical relations contained in the strategy for Tibetan governance.It will provide theoretical guidance and clear guidelines for the next steps in Tibet's work.Thirdly,from the perspective of the central task of the “four guarantees” of Tibet's work in the new era,it is stated that since the Sixth Forum on Tibet Work of the Central Committee,the Party's strategy for Tibet's governance has played a programmatic role in promoting Tibet's rapid development and long-term peace and stability.Finally,we need to strengthen and improve the four aspects of Party building and sum up the basic experience of the Communist Party of China in the development of its strategy for Tibet.Discussing in detail the development of the Communist Party of China's strategy of governance of Tibet,which gives us inspiration on how to do a good job in Tibet in the light of the new situation.This paper answers a series of important questions concerning the reform,development and stability of Tibet,as well as scientific discussions on the laws governing Tibet's work.In order to promote Tibet's rapid development and the realization of the great revival of the Chinese dream in Tibet,it has great theoretical and practical significance.
