As a bridge across the semantic gap, ontology technology plays an important andirreplaceable role in many applications of the theory of educational technology, online teachingresources platform and intelligent question answering systems. Semantic annotation andinferring service function can not only achieve intelligent analysis of the semantic informationand sharing and reuse of domain knowledge, reduce the problems of information islands andNetwork Trek of the curriculum resources, but also can avoid redundant construction of coursesin professional field. Therefore, it is universally recognized by all the course experts andtechnical developers.This thesis firstly summarizes present application and importance of ontology technology inEducational Technology, while analyzing the shortcomings of the curriculum in this subject.Secondly, the thesis introduces basic theories constructed by the recent ontology, including theprinciples of constructing, building tools, important role of ontology in the Semantic Web, andthen contrasts the development process of software life cycle in the field of software engineering.On this basis, it concludes and puts forward the method of model construction, which suits theprofessional book ontology in Educational Technology. Moreover, this thesis designs andachieves the storage of ontology and semantic inference service based on non-monotonic rules.The specific contents and results are as follows:Firstly, this thesis comprehends the present application of ontology technology in thissubject by knowledge retrieval tools and referring to related professional core journals, proposesthe importance of the development of ontology technology in view of the shortcomings such assingle technical curriculum structure, content and mentality stereotype of traditional professionaltechnology, points out the possibility and necessity of constructing educational technologycurriculum in the field of curriculum books, and finally puts them into practice.Secondly, this thesis analyzes the construction procedures of professional domain ontologywith the introduction of related basic theories and techniques of ontology and summarizes up theconstruction model method of book ontology appropriate for educational technology major. Thismethod meets the demands of basic curriculum, professional core curriculum and theconstruction of curriculum book ontology by complying with the foundation that peer conceptsare mutually exclusive, and subclass concepts inherit father class relationships.Thirdly, based on development procedures and models, this thesis constructs professionalbasic curriculum, professional core curriculum and professional books ontology by usingontology construction tool Protégé from the perspective of book core attribute. Besides, in orderto share the ontology resources, this thesis stores ontology in relation database by using JDBC techniques.Lastly, to verify the application feasibility of book ontology, this thesis designs andimplements ontology inference based on non-monotonic rules, and then provides semanticreasoning for the following expansion of curriculum, while introducing the relevant principle ofsemantic reasoning rules.This thesis develops and designs the method of ontology construction based on thedevelopment process of software life cycle, builds book domain ontology in curriculum ofEducational Technology, at the same time, realizes the simple relational storage and logicalreasoning of ontology. This study provides intelligence services for the development ofcurriculum, and contributes to the exchange and collaborative work between computer andpersonnel.
