A lot of good morality has been created by outstanding culture produced by Chinese nation for five thousand years. Among them, social responsibility is the most vital one. Quantity of famous poems and songs reflect the strong social responsibility of people with lofty ideals from past dynasties. However,with the development of the time,it seems that our social responsibility becomes less and less weak. There were so many patriotic soldiers in the past, but now quantity of people stayed outside due to the conditions in foreign countries,Senior high school stage is the key phase during children growing and their concept for the world and society comes into being.With the economy developing,our living conditions rise continually. But parents begin to spoil the children and almost do everything for them. This leads them lack responsibility that they should take. The future of our nation belongs to adolescent and they are the master of our country. Without any doubt,they should take the important responsibility of constructing our nation.So strengthening the social responsibility education for high school students is the significant link to cultivate their good moral qualities. This must arouse the attention of most educator especially ideology and politics teachers.Depending on the real teaching experience and the detail contents of high school ideology and politics, in this paper, the author presents the advice and solutions on how to cultivate students social responsibility.Hope high school teachers can find some reference from this paper on how to cultivate the social responsibility of students.There are three parts in this paper:analysis for the specific connotations of social responsibility;status survey and problem analysis of high school ideology and politics cultivating students social responsibility; main strategy of high school ideology and politics cultivating students social responsibility.The first part is the brief description of concept relating to social responsibility.First,responsibility and the sense of responsibility are described. Then the difference between social responsibility and the sense of social responsibility is analyzed.Different people in life undertake specific responsibility.There are lots of aspects that can represent social responsibility.This paper mainly discussed the sense of social responsibility.Secondly, from the angle of students,subject,nation and country,the significance of cultivating the sense of social responsibility of high school is described.In the second part, through questionnaire and observational method,the current state of high school students sense of social responsibility and the existing problems in political education course are analyzed. When we are analyzing one problem,the current state and the reason need to be find out. So firstly data statistics and analysis are done through questionnaire. and current state of sense of social responsibility on high school students are understood. Secondly, according to current state, analyze the reason and factor that cause this problem so as to present specific measures.The third part is mainly the key measures for high school ideological and political classes to cultivate the sense of social responsibility of the students. This part mainly aims at how to implement the measures. This is also the key parts of this paper. Pertinence measures are proposed aiming at the problems presented in the second parts. Detailed advice is presented mainly from six angles and examples are attached for easy understanding.
