Women's volleyball World Cup in 2015, the Chinese women's volleyball team to a 3-1 victory over Japan, since the Athens Olympic Games victory after 11 years later, to get the three world volleyball championship for the first time, at the same time to win the Rio the qualification of the Olympic Games.Facing this hard-won, people waited for 11 years of the gold medal, whether also need to think calmly after the proud.Once the Chinese women's volleyball team, had won in the 1980 s, volleyball world wide world.But after silence for a long time, the ups and downs, once even out best teams of world women's volleyball competition.It is worth pondering why.America, Cuba, Russia and other countries on the importance of strengthening women's volleyball movement, talent capital investment increase, strict on scientific training, to a certain extent, is the challenge Chinese women's volleyball team, and even the Chinese women's volleyball team in the world series the objective factors of medium and long term can not get ideal results.But the main reason is always out on themselves, not to find their own reason and to suit the remedy to the case, Chinese volleyball is impossible to have a good and stable performance.Contrast table tennis, badminton, gymnastics and other Chinese traditional advantage project, it is not hard to see, volleyball mass base is obvious compared with the former, and perhaps this is the Chinese volleyball scores ups and downs, the crux of the instability.And a movement to obtain a good mass base, the school sports education will play a crucial role.After I consult a large number of literature data, found that the dynamic layering method in recent years has been in the track and field, basketball, aerobics can't think a lot of experiments, and achieved good experimental results.This paper hope through the use of the dynamic layering method in volleyball general lessons for students majoring in physical education teaching, and compared with traditional teaching method of volleyball teaching results, observe the student's physical quality, volleyball, and the different development of learning attitude enthusiasm and change, to determine the dynamic layering method in volleyball teaching, the application of value, in order to make the volleyball teaching to better adapt to the development trend of modern sports put forward their own Suggestions.This article through the literature material law, questionnaire investigation, comparative analysis, further study of the application of the dynamic layering method can effect of volleyball teaching and students' learning motivation have a positive impact.The following conclusions:(1) the experimental class compared with that in comparative classes volleyball technology test scores before and after the experiment showed that after the test, students of class two volleyball technology got certain ascend, shows two kinds of teaching method can be the improvement of students' volleyball technology have a positive effect.But after two classes through the experiment result of lateral comparison found that the experimental class performance is better than that in comparative classes, for the traditional volleyball teaching method, dynamic hierarchical teaching is explained in improving students' volleyball technology has a unique advantage.(2) after the experiment, the experimental classes and that in comparative classes of students in volleyball special physical quality are also achieved some improvement.But the class does not appear particularly obvious differences.Which means to participate in the learning and training of volleyball quality will have a positive impact to the body, and the dynamic layering method and general volleyball teaching method has no obvious advantage in improving students' body quality.(3) of the first and the second distribution of self-confidence and learning attitude questionnaire statistical analysis can be found that experimental class student's self-confidence has significantly increased at the same time become active learning attitude, and that in comparative classes in terms of the above two data did not change significantly.This means that the dynamic layering method in improving students' self-confidence and learning attitude has what general volleyball teaching method does not have significant advantages.
