| At present,volleyball courses in colleges and universities in Our country still use the traditional PE teaching methods,there is a problem of low teaching efficiency.With the proclamations of the strategy of sports power and the 14 th Five-year sports development plan,the development of campus volleyball has put forward clear requirements.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore new volleyball teaching methods to solve the current situation of volleyball teaching in colleges and universities.The purpose of this study is to explore the teaching effect of dynamic hierarchical teaching method in college volleyball elective course.Students from the 2019 volleyball elective class of Shandong University of Technology are selected as the experimental objects of this study.The research methods are mainly literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and teaching experiment.According to the teaching characteristics of dynamic stratified teaching method,this paper designs the teaching plan,and applies two kinds of teaching plan in the actual teaching of college volleyball elective course,and carries on the teaching experiment for 8 weeks under the premise of ensuring the same teaching conditions.By comparing the test results of the two groups of students before and after the experiment,the practical significance of dynamic stratified teaching method in improving volleyball teaching is analyzed.The main conclusions are as follows:1.Both teaching methods can improve students’ special quality level,but the extent of improvement is not significant.2.Dynamic stratified teaching method has a remarkable effect on promoting the development of students’ non-intelligence factors.3.Dynamic stratified teaching method is very effective in promoting the development of students’ volleyball skills.4.In college volleyball elective courses,students are more satisfied with the dynamic hierarchical teaching method... |
