With the rapid development of information technology, the new teaching and research products of micro class have emerged, which greatly promoted the development of traditional teaching. The application of micro teaching in the subject teaching not only improves students’ ability of autonomous learning, but also greatly promotes the professional development of teachers. The use of micro class can not be restricted by time and space, can be interspersed in the daily classroom teaching, can also be uploaded to the network platform, students use their spare time to watch. At present, the research on the micro lesson has become an important part of the teacher professional development.In this paper, the writer combined the education and teaching theories with the frontier practice to change the learning style of students as a starting point, combined with the domestic and foreign education teaching theory and teaching practice, using the methods of literature research, case analysis method, questionnaire investigation method and empirical research method, on the basis of the analysis of the micro course development process and domestic and foreign research present situation of foundation, combined with personal teaching practice and experience, proposed the junior middle school chemistry micro class design and production of the basic principles: to learn as the central principle; teaching content appropriate decomposition principle; the relevnace of the principle; the validity of the principle. And on this basis, the design of the junior high school chemistry curriculum resourced development of the three types: to solve difficult problems; to consolidate the teaching of difficult; basic experimental operation. To Shandong Education Press edition in the period of the May 4th movement of chemistry in junior middle school as the subject background, design and development of a series of micro teaching cases. For example: "the determination of air oxygen content ", "the making of the valence", " the calculation of the chemical reaction", "the filtering operation points ", "solid heating in the tube ", "produced oxygen in the laboratory ", so as to summarize the micro class the component parts and the development process, these had certain reference significance to junior middle school chemistry teachers in the actual design and development of micro course.Combined with micro-curriculum resources that have been designed and developed, the research has been done among the four experimental classes in Grade Three of junior high school during the first semester from 2015 to 2016. Meanwhile, the questionnaire and interviews has been finished. By analyzing the data, it can be seen that the using of micro-curriculum resources are helpful for different levels of students. In addition, teachers can promote their own professional development by designing and developing micro-curriculum resources.
