The teaching mode of PEI(Problem Enriched Instruction) in the junior middle school means for the realization of the three-dimensional teaching goals and objectives,the pursuit of maximize the benefit of teaching, to guide students' autonomous learning, with emphasis on the moral character, to the problem on the moral character as the main line, through the teacher set the situation to the creeping, teacher or guide the student to put forward a series of conforms to the students' cognitive level of gradient problem effectively, to organize and encourage students to explore, induction, expand, using the operating mode of teaching. In the process, inspire and guide the student activities, let the students found in the discussion, to solve the problem, put forward, learning knowledge and gain new knowledge, form a positive, active, cooperative learning attitude, excitation problem consciousness, form to thinking habits of study.Paper includes five parts as a whole. The first part explains the "problem teaching", under the new curriculum reform idea combining teaching purpose and meaning, analyze the results of the research at home and abroad and the insufficiency, on the basis of this puts forward the design of question teaching mode construction. The second part of the problem teaching model construction of related concepts are detailed described, analyzes the problems in teaching mode to build the theoretical basis, characteristics and significance. The third part analyze the problems in teaching mode of the implementation of the strategy. First of all, a combination of theory and practice research at home and abroad, combined with teaching experience as well as the similarities and differences between the new lecture and recitation, in response to the teaching task and improve the students' ability of practical application.
