Jiangsu province took the reform of new curriculum on regular senior high school in 2005.In order to adapt to this situation, a new plan of college entrance examination was formulated. The college entrance examination will directly affect the implementation of the new curriculum reform.Therefore, analysising the changes of Jiangsu college entrance examination independent proposition mathematics papers, whether meets the requirement of "Ordinary High School Mathematics Curriculum Standard (Experiment)", it is meaningful for Jiangsu province to continue carrying out the reform of new curriculum.Based on test paper of syllabus from 2004 to 2007 and test paper of standard from 2008 to 2014 as the research object. Firstly, we analysis the difference of course objectives, teaching content and evaluation of the concept between "standard" and "syllabus". Secondly, comparing the changes of exam content and question types. Finally, using Model of composite difficulty, compare test paper of syllabus and test paper of standard's difficulty. Analysis test paper of standard's changing whether meets the "standard" requirement. Than, put forward some suggestions about Jiangsu college entrance examination independent proposition mathematics papers.This research obtains got the following conclusions:(1)on the "topic coverage" level, test paper of syllabus is higher than test paper of standard, but the difference is not big. Although topic coverage in "standard" is significantly less than "syllabus", test paper of standard's topic coverage is not significantly less than test paper of syllabus. On the whole,test paper of standard's topic coverage is increasing, this shows that test paper of standard pay more attention to the integrated use of knowledge.(2)on the "computation" level, test paper of standard is higher than test paper of syllabus, the main reason is the computation level of analytic geometry and mathematical word problem in test paper of standard is higher than test paper of syllabus, the function and derivative, sequence of operation's computation level is basically same.(3)on the "reasoning" level, test paper of standard and test paper of syllabus are similar, even the number of questions in reasoning's three levels are very close. The reasoning level of solid geometry exam in test paper of standard is lower than test paper of syllabus, function and derivative, analytic geometry and series's reasoning level is basically same. Relative to test paper of syllabus only has deductive reasoning questions, test paper of standard adds plausible reasoning questions.(4)on the "context" level,test paper of syllabus is higher than test paper of standard.There are there topic coverage level questions in test paper of syllabus on average, test paper of standard only has two. But the topic coverage level of the test paper of standard' question is higher than test paper of syllabus, test paper of syllabus's topic coverage level is mainly concentrated in the "individual life "and "common sense", test paper of standard has two "science situation" questions.(5)on the "investigation" level, test paper of syllabus is higher than test paper of standard, test paper of syllabus has one "inquiry" question, the number of test paper of standard's "memorization" questions is more than volume's. In general, test paper of standard's investigation level needs to be improved.
