Nowadays, educational teaching management has faced the problem that the source of students'foundation is poor. The contradiction between school management and students is sharp. Meanwhile, relying on the power of our teachers to manage the students is not enough. It will lead to the result that managers only take some partial methods, which cannot solve the problem ultimately. How to break through the management structure? This is a difficult problem. That is how to bring forth new ideas. Because it will exert a negative effect on the students'mental health if carry out badly. According to the educating principles of "people-oriented and harmonious development", Yuxi No.2 Vocational School learned from the army and established an educational management mode. On the basis of implementing and strengthening of standardized management and formative education, we created a practice moral platform which is "Three exercises and one activities" for interactive student self-governing. This main body's education makes the students manage themselves and change position to get the experience of "to manage" and "to be managed". Then they will become the actual manager to resolve contradictions between, both sides and be confident and tenacious. This mode will solve the predicament and promote the practical skill and comprehensive quality of students. It can realize the educational aim that is all-round development of morality, intelligence physique and aesthetic.We looked through a number of relevant compositions, electronic magazine database and documents on internet about students'autonomous management and mental health development. In addition, we also chose some students from our school and Eshan Vocational School which carried out this mode to conduct Methods Questionnaire Interview in order to grasp the comparison data of their mental growth factors. Then we use SPSS 18 statistical software package to collect statistics and analysis of influences on the students'psychology. Especially we concentrated on enhancing the direction of their mental health and improving it. Basing on Yuxi NO.2 Vocational School facts, we established and optimized regulations of this mode.The results prove that the students from both schools have significant differences of mental health. We formed a relevant and effective system so as to unite the students, promote the harmonious and scientific development of school. The entertainment and cultural activities in the intensive training is to ease the students' psychological problem such as negative emotions, fatigue, concluded that the stronger the psychological endurance and the body's tolerance, the more employment opportunities of the students from Yuxi No.2 Vocational School. Physical and mental ability to adapt gradually with the increase of their school age, this Self-management is the intensive training standard management of secondary vocational schools to carry out the tube autonomy provides referential experience and methods.
