The relationships of English learning self-efficacy, perceived teacher-expectancy and learning achievement of primary school students were studied in this research. And compiled the Primary School Students'English Learning Self-efficacy Scale which contains 25 items, to study the system structure and the development status of English learning self-efficacy. The scale of teacher-expectancy consciousness also be used in this research. Using Grade Four, Five, Six students in primary school as this research objects, The findings were following:(1)There are significant differences between different achievement on English learning self-efficacy and on teacher-expectancy perception. The English learning self-efficacy level and perceived teacher expectation level of high score students are significantly higher than the low score students.(2)There are significant differences in gender and grade on English learning self-efficacy, there is no significant mutually effect between gender and grade. English learning self-efficacy level of girls is significantly higher than boys. The level in learning anxiety aspect of Grade Five is significantly lower than Grade Four and Six.(3) There are significant differences in gender and grade on teacher-expectancy perception, there is no significant mutually effect between gender and grade. Teacher-expectancy perceptions level of girls is significantly higher than the level of boys. Along with grade increasing, students'teacher-expectancy perception appears upward trend.(4) English learning self-efficacy and perceived teacher-expectancy have significant positive correlation with English learning achievement. Perceived Teacher-expectancy and English self-efficacy can both predict English learning achievement.Conclusions:(1) The Primary School Students' English Learning Self-efficacy Scale has four partial scales including learning abilities, learning achievement recognition, learning confidence and learning anxiety, which has high reliability and fair validity. It could be used as an accessibility tool to understand the English learning self-efficacy level of primary school students.(2) English learning self-efficacy and perceived teacher-expectancy have significant positive correlation with English learning achievement. There are significant differences in gender, grade and different achievement on English learning self-efficacy and on teacher-expectancy perception. The development of primary school students English learning self-efficacy affected by many factors, and it's closely related to teacher-expectancy.
