Primary school English teaching has begun to appear "two levels of differentiation" problem,the larger the grade,the greater the gap between students.The main reason for the students' learning difficulties is low self-efficacy.However,the teacher factor is the most direct and effective.If teachers are conscious of improving in daily teaching,learning disabilities and learning self-efficacy will produce good effects on their English learning.This paper investigates the self efficacy of primary school English underachievers from the perspective of teacher influence factors.Interviews and investigations were conducted among English underachievers from grade three to six in Decheng District,Dezhou.Also conducted interviews of 20 teachers to find out what factors impact on the primary school students with learning difficulties in English learning self-efficacy,for teachers to better understand the psychological needs of students to improve students English learning self-efficacy.This study mainly consists of four parts: first,the results of interview and survey data analysis,the influence of primary school teachers with learning difficulties in English major factors of students' self-efficacy are: teachers' trust,the relationship between teachers and students,teaching methods,teachers fair attitude,patience,teachers' evaluation,teachers' professional knowledge,the attitude of the teaching,teachers' focus on nine factors.Secondly,through the research results combining with the teaching practice,and analyse the main factors of teachers can reduce the impact of primary school students with learning difficulties in English self-efficacy has five aspects: teachers not to establish a correct view of students;teachers do not trust students or low expectations of teachers;teachers' neglect of students with learning difficulties in English;the teacher is impatient with the students who are sleepy in English;teachers are not appropriate for the evaluation of language.Finally,the author puts forward the primary school English teachers to enhance effective strategies of students learning self-efficacy,which includes four aspects: to germany to love into the physical teaching and setting;teaching goals;continuing to create the experience of success;multi use positive evaluation.
