| Textbook is an important carrier of course, the core text of teaching. On the background of basic education curriculum reform, textbook is showing strong vitality. There are lots of current studies on textbooks, but few in-depth study on textbook interpretation, as well as the research status of teachers for textbook interpretation is also a minority. Problems about teaching and textbook interpretation linked inextricably. Textbook has its own limitations, which cannot meet the needs such as different regions, different ages, different students with different knowledge. However teachers can compensate for the limitations of textbooks. Textbook is a communication link between teachers and students since teachers make it possible by interpreting textbook comprehensively, not only to meet the students’ cognitive needs, but also promote teachers’own professional development. In this paper, on the background of the new curriculum reform, in the perspective of current condition of ideological and moral teachers about textbooks interpretation who are in junior middle school, I want teachers to rethink their concept of education and teaching behavior, analyze problems of the ideological and political teachers in interpreting textbooks. Finally, I would put forward the corresponding optimization strategies to improve junior moral lesson effectively and promote ideological and moral teachers’ professional development.In this paper, I use literature analysis, investigation, interview and observation to be my research methods, collating textbook interpretation of the relevant research literatures, using a self-designed questionnaire on current condition of junior middle school ideological and moral teachers of textbooks interpretation, and give interviews with randomly selected teachers. This paper focuses on questionnaire data analysis which content related to junior middle school ideological and moral teachers in the 5 aspects of textbook interpretation, such as "career identity of teachers, curriculum concept of teachers, interpretation process, interpretation orientation, environment of interpretation." Through the collation of data and interviews, there are 5 problems about the teachers in the procession of textbook interpretation:1.Teachers’professional identity are lower, so it has weaken their motivation. 2. Teachers have ignored curriculum standards, being aimless to textbooks interpretation.3.Teachers are lack of professional knowledge, so the interpretation is superficial.4. Teachers has disregard the new curriculum ideas, the orientation of interpretation is solidification.5.School management system is limited for interpretation, interpretation being dogmatic. Then I raised targeted optimization strategies to the problems.This dissertation is divided into four parts. The first part is made from the importance of textbooks, the plight of teachers’ textbook interpretation as the subjects of this study, and I were combing the relevant research literatures. This dissertation has theoretical and practical significance for junior middle school teachers’ professional development, improving teaching quality and impelling curriculum reform and so. The second part is the elaboration of relevant concepts, clarifying different concepts, such as materials analysis, the use of textbooks, textbook research and textbook interpretation. The third part is to analyze the survey data to show the problem and the results. The fourth part is to raise targeted optimization strategies for the problems of textbook interpretation. |
