Compulsory education as the fundamental education in the whole national education system, plays an important leading role. Under the background of the current period of social transition, the rural compulsory education received extensive attention of the society from all walks of life. Along with our country "nine-year compulsory education" the basic implementation, the requirements of the compulsory education for rural families have by now "how can I go to school" to the "easy to learn on how to". Based on the requirement of this reality, based on the investigation of present situation of rural compulsory education, how to make the rural children to accept a fair education of quality, how to further narrow the gap in compulsory education, how to dispel unfavorable factors hindering the development of the rural compulsory education, which is the main problem at present. Therefore, the transition of rural compulsory education problem is studied,puts forward suggestion, the rural compulsory education in our country is of great significance to get out of the current predicament.Based on the research participants for rural compulsory education, In the social transformation period, the rural schools in Qixian County in Henan Provi nce, as the object of investigation, combined with interviews and questionnaires, to ob tain first-hand information.Based on the data, using comparative analysis method to the case of school education, financial security, the teachers, the quality of education, the family education situation in these five areas as the starting point for rural compulsory education problems in-depth inquiry. Through analysis, summed up the current problems: First, the education management system rigid; the second is compulsory uneven distribution of resources; the third is education funding shortage; Fourth, teachers behind the building; Fifth, the quality of education lags behind; Sixth aspects educational philosophy behind. Research on these issues, identify constraints, and then from the innovation management system of compulsory education, compulsory education balanced allocation of resources to protect education funding, strengthen the construction of teachers, optimizing the quality of education,compulsory education philosophy that parents update for the six Qixian the rapid development of rural compulsory education make useful suggestions.Conclusions of this study are to develop rural compulsory education, First of all, to change the current old management system and urban and rural educati on is not reasonable input mode, stimulate the vitality of rural education; secondly to promote a balanced allocation of educational resources in urban and rural areas, improve rural teachers' salaries treatment, living conditions, creating an environment to retain teachers in rural areas; again, should pay attention to the quality education of rural students, concerned about their physical and mental health; and finally, to change the parents of rural compulsory education concepts and practices, so that they truly care about children education.
