Preschooler's telling on behavior is an interaction towards teachers,when they face the interpersonal communication problems of themselves or their friends,or they find that their companion's behavior is not suitable for the kindergarten or class rules or the demand of the authority figure like teachers or parents.The main purpose is to restrain,change and stop the companion's behavior and meet their own needs by using the power of teachers.Preschooler's telling on behavior is a typical behavior during the socialization of them.It is a proactive interaction which is connected with their mental development and social interpersonal communication.The percentage of this behavior is more than a quarter.If the behavior is handled well,it will be helpful to the development of preschooler's initiative and creativity and can improve the satisfaction of parents towards kindergarten.Otherwise,it will waste the time and energy of teachers and make them delay,change or give up the teaching plan.Moreover,it may cause the contradiction between parents and teachers.However,the research on preschooler's telling on behavior is limited.The reasons of telling on,the characteristic of this behavior in different background and the purpose and gender difference are different in many researches.On account of this,this paper chooses to study the telling on behavior of mid-class preschoolers in different background and give different solutions towards different purposes.With naturalistic observation method,the research used middle class preschoolers of a kindergarten in town of Weifang as research object to traditionally delineate tattling incidents among these students in different activities background.And the tattling incidents with the combination of quantitative description and qualitative examination to find difference in these preschooler behavior under variety of background are investigated.Three main research conclusion are shown in this thesis:(1)Preschoolers in middle class deviate with each other significantly in terms of the telling on behavior under different activity backgrounds.In terms of the background of telling on behavior,living activity comes first and is followed by the learning activity,game activity being the least.(2)Middle-class preschoolers deviate with each other significantly in the aspect of telling on motivations and impeach is the major telling on motivation.The telling on motivations are different under different activity background.Main motivation in learning activity and in the game activity is impeach and seeking for help and protection while thatliving activity is impeach.(3)The telling on activity of preschoolers does not have gender difference.Middle-class preschoolers do not have obvious difference in terms of gender;the telling on motivation of preschoolers does not have gender difference;telling on activity and telling on motivation of preschoolers do not have significant difference in terms of the gender of preschoolers who are complained.Based on the analysis of causes and effects,the characteristics of preschooler's physical and mental development,the requirements of preschooler's development,the actual situation of kindergarten and my working experience in the kindergarten,a strategy is proposed to guide the handling of telling on behavior of preschoolers.The study is aimed at enriching the theory of preschooler's telling on behavior,offering empirical demonstration of managing preschooler's complaining behavior and making some breakthrough in the field of preschooler's social development,so as to provide material for enriching preschooler's social education theory.It is also hoped to help preschool teachers and parents understand and deal with preschooler's telling on behavior smoothly,and further promote preschooler's social development.
