Preschool stage is the formation of human basic motor skills, the phenomenon of the serious lack of movement ability raise the alarm of the physical activity cultivation lack in preschoolers. And at present preschool education has been ignored in the education goal of "body" as the primary development. Preschoolers’ motor development is a primary goal in the preschoolers’ health field; and sports as the most important content in preschool education. So the children’s motor development has become a priority among priorities of preschool education.In this study, from the perspective of body functional movement education, through the literature material method combing both at home and abroad at present preschool physical education, the development of preschool children’s basic movement ability, movement mode,functional movement training, physical activity and exercise methods and other related research for the successful completion of this study provide theoretical support. Through the interview method to communicate and interview for the design of preschool children’s functional movement practice scheme, the problem of preschool children’s physical activity and the condition of the kindergarten problem; explore the feasibility of preschoolers’ functional movement exercise; provide a reference for the rational design of functional movement exercises. Through the questionnaire survey to the research of this topic design provides important reference basis. According to the higher class preschoolers’ physical growth and development characteristics, movement development sequence regularity and characteristics of psychological development and according to the complete kinematic chain,Multi-joint, multi-dimensional and multi-planar, strengthen the principle of attitude control mode of movement and based on functional exercise designed to meet the preschool functional movement exercises program. By eight weeks of experiments to verify whether implementation of the preschool functional movement exercises can be implemented as well as the impact on the ability of physical activity, and to obtain relevant quantitative results. By describing the statistical frequency analysis method, multiple response and chi-square statistics to statistic the questionnaire, compared with paired T test between before and after the experiment indicators. Before the experiment contrast between different gender usingindependent sample T test, post-test by covariance analysis, comparison between groups by covariance analysis. The data use mean ± standard deviation(Means ± SD) expressed as a standard of judging the whole training program is effective or not. P < 0.05 illustrates differences are significant. On the one hand, for the majority of preschool education teachers children sports development to provide certain reference, change the preschool education teachers understanding of children’s sports. On the other hand, for riching large content of children’s physical activity provides referential practical basis, to promote the children’s physical activity ability provides referential teaching forms, methods and evaluation standards,implementation of early childhood education, intellectual, Germany, the all-round development of education goals.This study obtained the main conclusions are as follows:(1) Preschool children’s sports activities do not meet the requirements of their physical and mental development. Kindergarten teachers for on their physical development characteristics and movement law of development lack the understanding of the scientific,systematic. Most preschool children failed to form a basic right movement patterns,movement ability is uneven.(2) Functional movement practices of female higher class preschool children’s ability to play action effect is not significant, to other each action ability has a significant effect;Besides playing action ability to impact on the rest of the action ability effect is gender difference was not significant.(3) Functional movement practices for higher class preschool children’s body shape has a certain role in promoting, effect of the impact of the chest, no significant impact on the rest of the morphological index; No gender differences form effect to the body, is strongly influenced by natural growth and development. Functional movement practices for higher class preschool children’s body has a certain role in promoting, but the effect is not significant.Functional activities practice has the significant effect on the higher class preschool children ’s body quality, physical quality effect a reverse lay up to 10 meters have gender differences,other physical effects no gender differences.(4) Functional movement practices higher class preschool children’s sensory integration ability have a certain role in promoting, but the effect is not obvious.
