Classroom teaching behavior is directly related to the effect of classroom teaching and teaching quality,and even determine the success or failure of teaching.With the advance of the basic education reform in our country,researchers gradually focus attention in class,and teaching behavior really exist in class,so classroom teaching behavior just became the common concern of the researchers and practitioners.Teaching is a very complex dynamic structure,to the teacher's teaching behavior of research is a very difficult task,which requires a lot of theory and practice of material for the study of reference.In view of this,this paper attempts to use the case study as the main line,through classroom observation,teacher interviews and student questionnaires,study practice more comprehensive of the classroom teaching behavior.This study is divided into three parts:Introduction:this part discussed the reason of study,introduces the present situation of the research at home and abroad,illustrates the purpose and significance of this study,put forward the research ideas and methods,as well as the definition of the concept of classroom teaching behavior,and the operational definition.Current situation of high school classroom teaching:firstly,taking the S middle school as the object of observation,the present situation of classroom teaching behavior is presented by the method of triangle verification:Pre class teaching preparation behavior is not careful;classroom behavior is too much to rely on multimedia;the effectiveness of questioning behavior needs to be improved;classroom discussion guide a mere formality.Analysis and suggestions:first,from the concept of teacher education,teacher's professional knowledge,teacher's teaching skills of teachers and teaching efficacy sense of depth analysis of the factors that affect the behavior of the classroom teaching.Secondly,in view of the current classroom teaching behavior of the proposed improved the overall strategy and specific strategies.
