Information technology,as a sign of “new” geographical class,put pressure on experimental geographical teachers as well as challenges for new teachers.To practical teachers who teach New Standard English at the front line,it is an evident tough issue as to how to operate the object of New Standard English successfully,and how to use it throughout the class smoothly.Geographical teachers being the main part on conducting New Standard curriculum,their teaching behavior must keep in close touch with the achievement of certain teaching object,thus teachers can be the focus during the teaching process.On the one hand,in terms of conveying geographical knowledge,the major way students learn knowledge is the class where the geographical knowledge is conveyed mainly by teachers.Consequently,it is geographical teachers' appropriate reaching behavior that influences not only teaching quality but teaching efficiency.On the other hand,from “new” class perspective which is contrary to traditional class,coming up to the better class teaching behavior to further improve modern class teaching is the primary concern for the geographical teachers.Meanwhile,the introduction of multimedia technology incurs many new changes as well as problems for teachers' roles,especially the loss of their standard teaching roles.Thus the motive of this paper is based on these two aspects of the problem.The main research method of this paper is classroom observation carried out in the form of field notes.Individual interview is also adopted to support some classroom teaching behavior motive,gaining the accuracy and precision of classroom observation.Sorting out the basic idea about geographical teachers' teaching behavior in senior high school and drawing up an observation scale at very beginning,the author appointed the subject and got first-hand material during the classroom.Then ideal classroom record is selected based on the observation scale.And final research conclusion was conducted by recoding and reanalyzing the research data.By observing and comparing teaching behavior,classroom presentation performance and classroom management of three senior high school geographical teachers with different teaching experience in the process of daily classroom teaching,it can be seen that teachers with different teaching experience show different abilities in geographical teaching.What's more,the finding of the research can benefit teaching in geography for the author,and give more guidance in the promotion of specialization.Through the comparison of many items,it is found that there are obvious differences in the actual classroom teaching.The high school geography new teachers in addition to the advantages in the application of multimedia technology in classroom teaching,classroom behavior,behavior and classroom management behavior of three items were less than two of high school geography teachers have long.In the age of about ten years of geography teachers in the classroom teaching the classroom teaching is excellent,permeated with innovative thinking,the longest seniority of the geography teachers class comparison program,but for materials processing and to control the best classroom.Through the comparative study of the analysis,the geography of new teachers need to be familiar with the teaching materials,improve psychological quality;to create their own style will not blindly imitate;pay attention to their own third skills;continue to play the advantages of teaching information technology,accept predecessors advice,constant reflection.Only in this way can we improve the teaching level and achieve the goal of specialization.
