Autistic children have cognitive, communication and social skills due to their own developmental disorders, and lack of effective communication skills, when their needs are not met, they often use a variety of behaviors to achieve their goals. In the classroom teaching, autistic children are unable to follow classroom codes of conduct as normal children, they often take disruptive behavior such as being out of their seat, talking at will, attacking others,or disobeying instructions to relieve discomfort or achieve their own goals. These problem behaviors not only interfere with the teacher's normal classroom teaching, but also affect the development of students' own ability.Positive behavior support is based on reflection on the past consequences of the standard,non-functional and eliminative behavior management strategies, uphold the attitude of respect, adhere to the principle of prevention, attach importance to the adjustment of the ecological environment, advocate the use of multi-strategy to intervene in individual's problem behavior, and the development of individual positive behavior in combination with the educational approach.Positive behavior support has evolved in recent years, and numerous studies have shown that positive behavior support can effectively intervene in problematic behaviors for special children. In this study, positive behavior support was used to intervene a six and a half year old autistic child, aiming to reduce the classroom interference behavior of the child and shape the positive behavior. This study used the cross-behavior multiple baseline experimental design in a single subject-test method to intervene in the off-seat behavior and language interference behavior, and the experimental phase included the baseline period, intervention period and maintenance period. After the functional behaviorevaluation, the function of the off-seat behavior is to escape and obtain sensory stimulation, and the function of language interference behavior is to gain attention.Positive behavior support intervention program mainly includes ecological environment control strategy, previous control, behavior teaching and consequence management strategy. After 60 days of intervention, the off-seat behavior and language interference behavior of the case decreased significantly, positive behavior gradually increased, parents and teachers both recognized the effectiveness of the intervention of the positive behavior support program. The main conclusions of this study are: 1.Functional behavior assessment is the key to understand the function of target behavior, and also is the basis of positive behavior support intervention program.2.Positive behavior support reduces problem behavior and increases positive behavior, and has good maintenance results.3.Positive behavior support has good social validity.4.The combination of multiple intervention strategies makes forward behavior support effect to be optimized.Based on the conclusion of the study, the study puts forward some suggestions: 1.According to the characteristics of the research object and the function of the target behavior to make appropriate positive behavior support programs.2.In the implementation of positive behavior support should pay attention to flexible adjustment the intervention programs.3.The implementation of forward behavior support should focus on team cooperation.4.Future studies should appropriately extend the time required for positive behavior support interventions.5.Expand the research object and research situation to promote the scope of forward behavior support application.
