Human resource factors play an important role in educational institutions. A school of outstanding talent can be maintained so that the school has a stable source of students and the continuous development and progress of the possibility. Wage design will directly affect the direction and behavior of the employee's efforts which will directly affect the ultimate direction of the enterprise.Xiaojingying English Training School, mentioned in this article, has the same problem. From 2009 to the present in Xiangjingying English School, teachers losing rate has increased year by year. Compared with the beginning of the school there is a great change. Especially in 2014, the losing rate of teachers reached the highest level. 35% of those who left the job are clearly dissatisfied with the salary system. In terms of labor cost, the ratio of human input is 62% which is far higher than the other training schools in the same industry. In the salary satisfaction survey, the satisfaction of the pay system is not satisfactory. Such a high proportion of investment but did not earn the corresponding proportion of salary satisfaction, which is a great waste. Based on the status of the salary satisfaction of Xiangjingying English School staff and the determination of the school to reverse this situation, this paper, through the research on the development strategy of Xiangjingying English School, combining salary theories, motivation theories and other relevant theoretical knowledge, analyze its existing salary systems to arrive at solving the urgent problems. The paper analyzes the present pay satisfaction of the teachers by means of questionnaire and salary calculation, and analyzes the current salary system of the teachers in Xiangjingying English School. The paper also finds out the problems and gives the solution to the problems, and ultimately forms a suitable payment design for Xiangjingying English School.
