| With the gradual promotion of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education,my country’s education industry is in a period of vigorous development.Especially in recent years,the reforms of the high school entrance examination and college entrance examination have become larger and faster.The hotspots of national economy and people’s livelihood that have received much attention have led to a spurt of growth of after-school training institutions in our country,and the development speed of training institutions is also"one thousand miles".How to ensure the quality of teaching and the level of teachers of extracurricular training institutions has become the focus of attention and management of the education department.At the same time,it has also become a core factor in whether training institutions can occupy the winning point in the education and training industry market.At present,the market of extracurricular training institutions is mainly based on brand interlocking/joining.The low level of teaching system research and development has led to serious homogeneity of teaching;price wars within the same region are fierce,profits have shrunk severely,professional management personnel are scarce,and the quality of employees is low(Especially for course consultants),the internal structure of the organization is not clear,the management process is chaotic,and the salary management model lags behind the needs of employees.Therefore,the stability of the education and training structure of the talent team is relatively low,the turnover rate is high,and the organization’s subsequent development motivation is insufficient,and there are serious problems.Development defects,even the better-known education in the industry eventually closed down due to related issues.XW Education was established in 2009,a local English training-based extracurricular training organization in Y city,and it is currently the leader in the industry of extracurricular training institutions in the region.Since the development of XW Education,5 campuses have been established.From 4 employees at the beginning of its establishment,there are currently more than 200 people,and the number of students has reached 3,800.The rapid development of an organization means an increase in personnel.During the development process,personnel management problems are gradually exposed:such as employees complaining about low salaries,poor personnel stability,difficulty in recruiting high-quality personnel,etc.,the core of the development of these training institutions The impetus factors have not been well developed and improved,leading to the current slow development of institutions and low profits,which has become an urgent problem for XW educational institutions to solve.The author chooses XW educational institution as the research object,analyzes its employee salary management issues from many aspects,and draws on some achievements of salary management theory as the knowledge of the writing of the paper.This article first collects information on the situation of XW educational institutions,organizational management models,personnel structure,current salary management,etc.,and summarizes the evaluation of the employees of XW educational institutions on the current institutional salary management from the collected data and information,and finds out At present,XW and educational institutions are inadequate in salary management.Starting from XW educational institutions’job setting and staff ability requirements,we put forward targeted suggestions on how XW educational institutions can build a complete salary management system,and combine them with the formulated plans.safety measures.It is hoped that the research in this article can help XW educational institutions to further improve salary management and improve employee satisfaction,so that they can have a stronger strength in the industry competition. |
