Compensation management has gradually attracted the attention of many enterprises.As an important part of human resource management,salary management is particularly important for stimulating employees' work enthusiasm and promoting the development of enterprises.In terms of teachers' salary in private schools,scientific and reasonable management of teachers' salary is not only conducive to stable excellent teachers' talent team,but also conducive to stimulating teachers' working enthusiasm and promoting the sustainable development of learning.This paper adopts the field investigation method to study the salary management of teachers in ZY art training school.Pay satisfaction based on 375 questionnaires distributed,on the school teacher's pay satisfaction were investigated,and deeply analyzes the school teachers of problems existing in the salary management,comprehensive adopted the broadband salary theory,such as the school teachers' pay level,pay structure,optimized design of the difference of pay,finally put forward the optimization of school teachers pay safeguards,in order to provide policy Suggestions for the school teachers pay complete reference.The research findings are as follows :(1)the teachers in ZY art training school are not satisfied with the salary,the salary level of the school is low,the salary structure is not optimized,the salary difference is small,and the salary urgently needs to be optimized and improved;(2)the paper according to the broadband salary theory,fair theory,from the salary,salary structure,salary difference between three aspects put forward the optimization scheme for the school teacher pay,think of the school needs to further enhance the level of compensation according to the wage profit margins,increase proportion of performance pay,promote the pay structure perfect,bonuses and through such measures as appropriate reflects the differences of compensation.(3)the implementation of the school's salary plan needs to further improve the salary dynamic adjustment mechanism,establish a sound salary culture and promote the implementation of the salary plan.Through the above research and analysis,it can not only provide policy Suggestions for the improvement of teachers' compensation in this school,but also provide policy Suggestions for the further improvement of teachers' compensation in similar schools.
