In the "micro era", micro-lesson has emerged when micro-media technology being used into course teaching. Which can broaden the the channel of students’learning knowledge. And also can change the teacher mentor from lecturers to developers and designers of curriculum resources.What’s more, micro lessons can help teachers to improve the sense of ownership and responsibility, and improve teaching capacity, and promote professional development.Micro-lesson is a kind of teaching material, which can explain a point of knowledge or solve a problem or a describe a truth as the goal, appearing as a form of video, teaching or showing something as basic purposes. Micro-lesson is made in the non-physics teaching environment,and can be used in virtual learning environment. We can get it from some Network platforms and mobile devices.Through educational practice and literature analysis. I found the researches focused on theory are majority, while that focused on subject practices are minority, especially in biology teaching practice. Now biology teaching in high school has single method, which makes students have a mechanical learning, that is poor learning. Micro-lesson can give teachers more liberal space to develop the teaching content being appropriate for their own style of teaching and students’ learning characteristics, opening up channels of student learning and make teaching activities more active.The main research methods in this paper are literature research, interviews, case study method, behavior method and so on. Then I use these research methods to study roundly the type and features of high school biology PPT Micro-lesson,and the select standards of content, design and production process. In addition, I develop many teaching cases and put them to practical teaching and summarize the feedback. Overall, this paper drew the following conclusions:There are 6 types of high school biology PPT Micro-lesson, knowledge-explained PPT Micro-lesson, matter-presentation PPT Micro-lesson, skills-explained PPT Micro-lesson, Concepts-discriminated PPT Micro-lesson, scientists-introduced PPT Micro-lesson and exercises-explained PPT Micro-lesson.High school biology PPT Micro-lesson focus on concepts, principles, and the phenomenon of life activities, which is the most obvious difference with other subjects. So, we should make sure that the single knowledge is integrated and representative, the content is scientific and simple, and there is a association among each micro-lesson content, formatting a micro teaching resource system.There are 2 aspects for us to design the PPT Micro-lesson. On the technical aspect, we should design course-ware to be wide-screen, improving visual effects, and design a good master layout, background sound, transition effects and time intervals. On the content aspect, we should design titles and credits and the information must be comprehensive, and design a good teaching objectives, which clear standards of student can achieve. the Main body should be organized according to the logic of knowledge and students’ characteristics of cogitation.We should clear those sundries before recording process, and ensure environment is when recording, post-processing should pay attention to the integrity of the content and short of time, and reduce the size of video.I designed 5 kinds of PPT micro-lessons, "Introduction of Mendel Scientists", "the explanation of genome concept", "the judgment of genome number", "cells apoptosis and cell necrosis", "the analysis of wrong".When micro-lesson as a supplementary put into teaching process, classroom teaching should not be replaced. The effect of micro-lesson depends on Self-learning attitude. Besides, the development and promotion of micro-lesson faces many practical problems.I hope the paper can help teachers and students to understand the PPT micro-lesson, and can provide experience of making PPT micro-lesson for teachers and students.
