Biology science is a subject based on experiments.The smooth development of biology experiment classroom affects students’understanding of theoretical knowledge,mastery of biological skills and the cultivation of various abilities.However,due to various reasons,most of the high school biology experiment courses cannot be opened normally,which cannot meet the needs of students’development.The arrival of micro-era affects the reform of teaching methods.The development of micro-curriculum provides an opportunity for the improvement of teaching methods.If micro-curriculum is applied to high school biology classroom,it will make up for the low rate of biology experiment curriculum,but there is little research on the micro-curriculum of biology experiment teaching at present.Therefore,the author designs and develops a series of micro-courses which can be applied to experimental teaching,and tests the application effect in the compulsory two "heredity and evolution" application and practical teaching,aiming at improving students’ development and providing basis for front-line teachers to design and develop micro-courses of experimental teaching.The research methods used in this study are:literature research,case analysis,questionnaire survey,observation,and interview survey.By using interview survey and questionnaire survey method,all biology teachers in practice schools and all science students in senior one were informed of the current situation and suggestions of micro-curriculum application and experimental teaching.Subsequently,the research is carried out from two aspects:the development and application of the resources of the micro-curriculum applied to the experimental teaching in senior high school biology.The subjects were two parallel classes in the first grade of the internship school,the experimental group and the control group,respectively.After applying micro-course to experimental teaching,the teaching effect is checked and accepted by completing relevant test papers and scales.The following conclusions are drawn:The design and development of micro-curriculum resources applied in experimental teaching are mainly carried out in the following aspects:putting forward the principles of designing micro-curriculum of different experimental types determining the content of micro-curriculum applied in experimental teaching preparing for micro-video recording designing micro-teaching plans,recording scripts,micro-courseware recording and processing micro-video.The design of micro-courses applied to different types of experiments should follow the following principles:highlighting the characteristics of biological experiments,minimizing and elaborating micro-videos,emphasizing the inherent logic of micro-courses applied to experimental teaching in series,and integrating various teaching resources to develop three types of resources for verification,inquiry and demonstration experiments.When choosing the content of micro-course applied to experimental teaching,we should select it according to the principle of "five characteristics",that is,integrity,cohesion,necessity,logic and emphasis.In the application of micro-curriculum resources in teaching,we should follow the principles of-specificity,enlightenment,ability training and student-centered.The application methods can be divided into preview application,guiding application,consolidation application and leak-checking and gap-filling application.When different types of experiments use micro-curriculum resources to teach,micro-curriculum can be flexibly applied to pre-class,in-class or after-class according to the capacity of curriculum content in the experimental classroom,students’cognitive level,their own teaching needs and the actual teaching environment.When recording PPT micro-video,we should turn off the irrelevant icon,adjust the sound well,and pay attention to ensuring the interesting content of PPT while not making PPT too fancy.Before recording live micro-videos,you should prepare well and be familiar with scripts.At present,the micro-curriculum resources used in experimental teaching are relatively scarce,so I hope that this paper can provide help for front-line teachers to make micro-curriculum,and enrich students’ experimental classroom.
