Research On The Thousand-point Management Mode Of Students In Higher Vocational Colleges Under The Digital Campus Environment

With the rapid development of higher vocational colleges in Heilongjiang province,the defects of the old student management system are gradually appearing.In order to overcome these defects,learning from the successful experience of other institutions in the province,Heilongjiang Nursing College has explored a set of student management system model which is more in line with the characteristics of students--the Management Mode of "One Thousand Point System".With the help of digital campus management system,the management mode of "One Thousand Point System" is converted into digital.It greatly reduces the amount of data and optimizes the human resources.This management model is more equitable.It also reduces the conflict in the management process and improves the management efficiency.
