The level of parental education quality determines the quality of family education.The main responsibility of family education is to be borne by the parents,and the country is paying more attention to the improvement of the level of the parents' education.Therefore,this study is aimed at the structure and level of 3-6 preschool education literacy.In this study,based on the relevant theories of education literacy and interviews with parents and experts,the author made an initial questionnaire of "3-6 years old children's parents' educational literacy questionnaire".Using the initial questionnaire of Liaoning province conducted a survey of 288 parents,and the use of data recovery analysis,exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis and validity test preliminary determine the structure of 3-6 years old children's parents education literacy project,and form the formal questionnaire.Then the formal questionnaire survey in Liaoning Province,the five public and private kindergartens in the 834 parents of children aged 3-6 in the education quality of parents self rating and other rating,the parents of 10 families in Shenyang city were interviewed,more in-depth and realistic understanding of preschool education quality of parents.The results show that:1.3-6 years old children's education literacy structure consists of 6 factors: education ability,education concept,self education,cultural quality,psychological environment and modern education.The questionnaire of parents' educational literacy of 3-6 years old,which was established by the Research Institute,was in accordance with the reliability and validity index,which could meet the requirements of psychology.2.the overall level of education literacy of young children is in a good stage.The highest score of self-evaluation and evaluation is the ability of education,followed by the concept of education,psychological environment,self education and modern education,the lowest is the cultural literacy.(1)the higher the education level of the parents,the higher the level of the parents' education literacy,the highest level of parents' education literacy.(2)public kindergarten parents are more concerned about their own educational literacy.(3)the parents of young children think they are different in the education of children in different stages,but others think there is no difference.(4)the higher the total family income,the better the resources and companionship.There are significant differences in the different dimensions of the 3.3-6 years old children's parents' educational quality self-evaluation and his evaluation.(1)the higher the total family income,the higher the parents' education ability.(2)the educational background of the parents of young children is positively correlated with their parents' educational philosophy.(3)different age classes of young children's parents on the different needs of self-education.(4)the parents' educational background is positively correlated with their parents' cultural accomplishment.(5)with the increase of the total family income,the family psychological environment is more harmonious.(6)education level is too high or too low to hinder the level of preschool education.4.the score of self evaluation of parents is generally higher than that of the others,and the tendency of self-evaluation and evaluation is similar.However,there are some differences in the details of the parents' educational attainment in the different age classes.According to the above results,researchers from three aspects,the parents of their own children's family and kindergarten specific proposed to preschool education and the family education,family education guidance to help improve children's parents education literacy strategy.
