In the speech of "Mathematical Questions",Hilbert pointed out: "As long as a branch of science can raise a lot of questions,it is full of vitality.It is lack of questions indicating that its independent development will decline or terminate." After curriculum reform,more and more educators recognize the importance of question series,and they often use question series in mathematics teaching.And the thinking method of number-shape combination plays a very important role in the mathematics of junior high school.Therefore,this thesis takes the teaching method of infiltrating number-shape combination as an example,studies the application of question series in mathematics teaching.This thesis adopts literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interview and case analysis.Firstly,it expounds the research background from the requirements of the curriculum standard and the present situation of the classroom teaching,collects the research situation on question series and number-shape combination,and explains the significance,problems and methods of the research.Secondly,it defines the concept and theoretical basis.It mainly defines the concept of question series and number-shape combination,and analyzes the theoretical basis of the research.The third is the case study.Based on the observation of national junior high school mathematics teaching excellent courses,it selects five typical cases of the thinking method of infiltrating number-shape combination,analyzes the role and problems of question series in mathematics teaching.The conclusion of this research is divided into two aspects,namely,the role and problems of question series in mathematics teaching.The main roles are: to breakthrough teaching difficulties,stimulate students' interest,enhance mathematical thinking and optimize classroom feedback.The main problems are that the purpose of question series is not clear,the inspiration of question series is not strong and the problems in the textbook is not cleaned so that teachers do not have a good teaching in the thinking method of infiltrating number-shape combination,making students do not feel or experience the learning objective of the thinking method of infiltrating number-shape combination.Based on this,four suggestions are put forward: grasp the purpose of the design of the question series;focus on the inspiration of question series;design question series combined with teaching materials and learning situation;create living,refined,gradient question series.
