The combination of number and shape is a method to solve problems by combining abstractness and image.It is of great significance to study the combination of number and shape in primary school mathematics teaching.Based on the second grade mathematics textbook and the second grade students,this paper studies the method of the combination of number and shape in the field of number and algebrain primary schools,analyzes the current situation and the reasons,and tries to put forward effective teaching strategies.This paper analyzes the contents of the method of combining number and form in the field of number and algebra in the second grade textbook of people's education edition,presents the unit knowledge and the combination of number and form through the table,and presents the characteristics of understanding integers,establishing concepts,understanding the meaning of questions,and understanding the calculation and analysis.To compile the student and teacher questionnaires which are used to investigate the teaching status by combining the number and shape with the ideological method,distribute,collect and analyze the questionnaires,and record and sort out the interviews with teachers.Through the analysis of questionnaire and interview,the conclusion is drawn that most primary school mathematics teachers realize the significance of the combination of number and shape in teaching and show a tendency to use it intentionally.There are problems such as limited understanding,negative attitude and lack of effective strategies in the application process.The primary school mathematics teachers' own accomplishment and theoretical level need to be improved,the lack of opportunities and motivation to learn the combination of number and shape thinking methods,and the lack of relevant contents of the teaching materials are the main reasons.From the teachers and schools to carry on the teaching discussion of the combination of number and shape thought method,the teachers deepen the understanding,dig the content,enhance the teaching plan,in different types of classes,operational activities,teaching evaluation,interesting mathematics infiltration number and shape combination thought method.The school provides technical guidance,raises the importance degree,encourages the teacher to adhere to the combination of number and shape thought method teaching.
