With the continuous development of the project, the rules of the contest about artistic gymnastics which is a peculiar sport to women are constantly changing, too. In the latest rules of 2013, there will canceled the flexible/wave body difficulty motion, the flexible/wave action were incorporated into balance and twist action, so the body difficulty movement type consists of jumping, swivel, balance three kinds of movement in the rules of 2013.In the three core technologies, substantial jumps not only attract the audience’s attention but also determines the development trend of the body difficult. Therefore, this article will do a study in-depth from the perspective of biomechanics of Rhythmic Gymnastics Jumping Skill (for an example by skip) in order to meet the development trend of Artistic Gymnastics and better understanding the operation of jumping.Put the rhythmic gymnast in Shaan Xi province as experimental object in the study. From the view of kinematics——the motion characteristics of cross jump analysis technology. Use of the Qualisys infrared distance testing system with 6 cameras produced in Sweden the of the cross jump technique of motion of 5 senior athletes of rhythmic gymnastics for the high speed photography. To obtain the image data, using Qualisys Track and Manager Visual3D analysis software analysis of the data.The purpose of this study is to through the research of 5 excellent artistic gymnastics athletes cross jump and research the changes of kinematic indicators, analysis of the technical characteristics of each link, evaluation of sports techniques. In order to provide reference for athletes training.
