Physical education curriculum implementation plan refers to the course applied to physical education teaching practice, is the basic way to realize forecast sports teaching goal, it is sports education one of the important problems in the interdisciplinary field of research.In order to meet the requirements of high-quality talent, the national development change and reverse the traditional education ideas and education concept, the sports curriculum much more limited it should play the role of education education, this article is based on the two countries of college PE curriculum implementation present situation investigation and research, to the place of the similarities and differences between them has carried on the comprehensive analysis, can draw lessons from other countries at the forefront of advanced, developing their own advantages, to optimize and reform of collegiate physical education curriculum in our country, make our country's higher education more scientific, rationalization, to reduce the blindness in work and make the university sports work has more effectiveness.In this paper, through literature method, comparison analytic method, interview method and logic analysis to write this article and analysis, the following conclusions: (1) in the aspect of teaching, to goals in two countries, the United States in a new sports theory as the basic style, let the students a better service to the society and life.Teaching in our country is in order to promote students'physical health and master the movement skill.(2) in terms of curriculum standard, the United States has the autonomy, big to have national standards, small to have standard state to state.Chinese curriculum standard for implementation and management, clear.Our country can draw lessons from the flexibility of curriculum standards in the United States, both countries standard to control direction, and can give local and school must have freedom of choice space.(3) in terms of curriculum goal, the United States is focused on cultivating sports attitude and lifelong sports habits, our country focuses on the student movement skill mastery and sports participation.In terms of goals, our country can be more outstanding students personalized and independence, promote course interesting. (4) in the setting of curriculum content, the physical education curriculum can be set up by oneself, and make clear a regulation in our country, a grade for the provisions required course of common colleges and universities, for the option class, grade 2.American colleges and universities sports curriculum content outstanding individuals and fitness entertainment projects, pay attention to the content of lifetime sports, our country is lay particular stress on athletic sports and collective project.Can be based on the original curriculum in our country, explore some paid emerging physical education, increase students choose range, stimulate students interest in learning.(5) in the way of curriculum implementation, the classroom form more flexible, pay attention to students'main body role, the club of sports development has played a great role in promoting.Our classroom form flexible, pay attention to physical education teaching and skill learning, community and small club development.Our country should strengthen the investment in extracurricular sports activities, improve the sports clubs, sports really penetrated into every corner of life.(6) in terms of curriculum evaluation, American colleges and universities more timeliness, focuses on the learning process of assessment for students.More summative evaluation in our country, attaches great importance to the final movement skill examination, proportion of sports participation in the assessment.In the evaluation, we should pay attention to process evaluation, evaluation content diversity, attaches great importance to the students' autonomy.
