In the educational life of kindergarten,"teacher and child dialogue”is an effective embodiment of the interaction between teachers and children,specifically refers to both teachers and children around the kindergarten day life activities carried out in the process of language exchange.In the actual life of kindergarten,especially in the activities of the teacher and child dialogue more richer.Therefore,the "teacher dialogue" on the new relationship between teachers and children,especially for the healthy development of children’s physical and mental health and so have important value.In this study,the non-participatory observation method was used to study the total number of children and teachers with a total of 85 children and 6 teachers in three classes of small,medium and large classes in Dalian.The use of natural observation,case analysis,interview and literature,from the admission activities;eating,washing and nap and other activities;regional activities;outdoor activities in four dimensions of life activities in the analysis of the status of teacher and child dialogue.It is found that there is a lack of skills in the dialogue mode,and the quality of the teacher dialogue is not high in three aspects.There are several reasons for the analysis of the reasons:teacher dialogue emotional burnout,leading to the process of conversation is anxious,teachers lack of dialogue;teacher dialogue quality uneven,resulting in lack of dialogue skills,teacher dialogue quality is not high;teacher dialogue tough attitude,Leading to the lack of young children,teachers occupy the dominant words.In view of the existing problems,this study puts forward the following strategies and suggestions:Kindergarten teachers should respect the main body status of young children and be qualified instructors in teacher and child dialogue.Kindergarten teachers should improve the level of dialogue and be equal participants;Kindergarten teachers should organize high-quality dialogue,as a positive promoter of the dialogue.
