English graded reading system is an important way for English learning.Therefore,to cultivate students’ English graded reading ability has already developed in the whole country.The cognition,thinking and language development of primary school students need to be provided suitable reading materials for school-age primary school are put forward by the Chinese primary and middle school English graded reading standards.In real rural primary school English grade reading teaching,teachers force on vocabulary teaching which relate to the old reading teaching patterns but ignore the whole reading comprehension.There is also a shortage of textbooks for English graded reading,and the teacher’s reading guidance is not interesting and enlightening,It is difficult for rural primary school graded reading English reading to develop.The author combines the English reading teaching in rural primary school,in order to improve the interest and ability of rural primary school students in English graded reading.The full text is divided into the following sections: The first chapter is the introduction,the author need to study background of the study in order to know the expressions of the meaning and the purpose and so on.Chapter 2 is a reviewing of the literature.The first part is about the definition of reading and English graded reading patterns and classify the new concepts.The second part analyzes domestic and overseas researching achievements.The third part is about theoretical foundation such as multiple intelligence theory,whole language approach,the rules of psychological forgetting,humanistic theory and so on.The third chapter is about researching process and methodology which analyzes the researching objects,methods,and the teaching design and reflection of the English graded reading course.What’s more,it is also concerned about what method can be used to guide students in English graded reading.And it is also list some teaching materials about the Uncle Craig’s Phonics、Songbirds Phonics、Project X.And show the English graded reading work feedback of the students.The fourth chapter is about current situation,dataanalysis,discussion of the senior students in rural primary schools after the English graded reading teaching.This paper analyzes the achievement and reading ability of students before and after the study.And Survey students by questionnaire,and analyzed the questionnaire about the author and the laboratory teacher in English graded reading system’s judgments.The interview method was used to analyze students’ interest in English graded reading and the interview results were analyzed.The last part of the chapter is about the study discussion in English graded reading.The fifth part of the study is the study summary and makes some suggestions for the teaching in English graded reading.At last,conclude insufficient of the study and give a summary,clear about the author’s position and say something about the shortcoming about the study.
