Early childhood is the critical period of interpersonal development for children.there are four abilities belongs to Interpersonal competence which is the ability to understand and analyze social relationships emotionally,to communicate effectively,to develop and maintain the friendship,to control and resolve conflicts.The development of interpersonal skills can effectively improve the quality of children's interpersonal interaction,affecting children's social-emotional adjustment.Therefore,the social and emotional learning curriculum can improve interpersonal skills and promote the development of children's social and emotional competence.Based on the thorough analysis of the advanced social and emotional learning curriculum contents and implementation in foreign countries.The author combined the social development requirements of policy and programmatic documents in China to design and implement the social and emotional learning curriculum which take interpersonal communication as the core part.this study carries on the quantitative and qualitative research to the curriculum implementation effect taking the social and emotional competence as the detection index meanwhile using the questionnaire,interview,and observation method.Four middle classes children(114 people)have participated in the study,two of which are experimental classes and other two are control classes.The researchers conducted the eight-week course in two experimental classes.The results showed that the level of understanding of sad and angry emotions was significantly improved after the implementation of the social and emotional learning curriculum with the core of interpersonal communication.The emotional symptoms of the experimental children were clearly reduced at the same time the prosocial behavior increased and the interpersonal ability and Interpersonal problem resolution enhanced.In short,this curriculum improves children's interpersonal skills and promote children's social and emotion adaptation.The study also analyzes and discusses the design and implementation of social and emotional learning curriculum.We suggest that: social and emotional learning course should be implemented in Kindergarten Curriculum.We could focus on the five social and emotional competence to design curriculum objectives,adjust the curriculum content flexibly.Combining with the daily life practice,the kindergarten curriculum should form a complete set of social and emotional learning curriculum resources and carry out collective teaching activities regularly.At the same time,we should also improve the teacher's social-emotional competence and emotional sensitivity of education.
