Contemporary education pays more and more attention to the cultivation of students' comprehensive quality,emphasis on the implementation of quality education for students,in order to promote the all-round development of students.However,to achieve this goal of education,school education alone is not complete,Out-of-school Education plays an irreplaceable role in shaping students' comprehensive quality and promoting the all-round development of students.As the executor of Out-of-school education,the professional level and professional development of teachers from Outof-school education institutions are more and more important.Therefore,it has great practical significance to study the professional development of teachers from Afterschool education institutions.The Out-of-school teacher's professional development is influenced by two factors,they are themselves and Out-of-school educational institutions.As far as the teachers themselves are concerned,their desire of professional development and personal career planning will directly affect the motivation and level of their professional development.At present,the development desire of Out-of-school teachers in Shanghai is very strong,and they have a clear personal career plan,which provides a basis for promoting the professional development of Out-of-school teachers.As far as external factors are concerned,at present,Out-of-school education in Shanghai even provides some opportunities for the professional development of Out-of-school teachers,however,most of which do not match the needs of the professional development of teachers,such as the need for professional development of Out-of-school teachers is strong,but the platform is few,the form of learning is still single,study needs to be guaranteed.The platform of professional development has become an important factor in the development of teachers' professional development.With the continuous deepening of the study on teacher learning community,the promote action of teacher learning community on teachers' professional development has no doubt.Therefore,the construction of teacher learning community which is according to the particularity of Out-of-school education,will provide a strong platform for teachers' professional development.Based on the summary of the effective practice of the existing teacher learning community in Shanghai Out-of-school education institutions,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the teacher learning community.First of all,to create a common vision for Out-of-school teachers,advocating cooperative culture among them,and innovate the construction model of teacher learning community,so that teachers can share the development resources.In addition,the Out-of-school education institutions need to provide mechanisms to ensure that the teacher learning community will eventually go to coordination with schools.
