Education is a project of vital and lasting importance. It is very important on promotingnationality of China, advancing society and quality of nation. Pay attention to Education and theimportance of Education in the process of the promoting society and people,it is the basicdemand of constructing harmonious social. In this demand,how to develop Education, how toraise the quality of Education are the lasting topic. Teacher is the one essential factor ofEducation, it lead the activities of education.It has important influence of progress of Educationand students. Raising the teachers’ professional quality and progressing the ability of teacher, hasbeen paid extensive attention. We always use vocational education or induction training toachieving teacher specialization, but, many practices prove that continuing education has samefunction to promote the development of teacher. Because of the important of continuingeducation of teacher,our country not only successively formulated a series policies about teachereducation in continue, and also use various forms of training for teacher education in continue. Inall kinds of ways to promoting teachers develop in continue education, the teacher learningcommunity by its unique function and form gradually began to get attention, and be sustainedpracticed by educators and teachers. After many practice of teachers and experts, teacherlearning community has been proved that has good effect in promoting teachers’ professionaldevelopment, and it is a way of teachers’ professional development that worthy of reference.But when we realize the positive role of the teacher learning community, we should alsobe admitted in the development of teacher learning community, we are still faced with manyproblems. In these problems, the most worthy of our attention is the teacher learning communitydevelopment direction problem. Specifically, it meaning that faced of teachers’ professionaldevelopment requirements, many teachers and researchers involved in teacher learningcommunity are still very confused in practice. In this case, the teachers’ professionaldevelopment are just illusory goals, in the practice of teachers’ professional development processwe’ll use all times and a half work. Therefore, the teacher learning community is how to meet therequirements of teachers’ professional development, how to give full play to its specialadvantages, has become the new topic discussed by many researchers.In first of this study, we have involved concept system division, for the main contents of theresearch papers.Second,we discusses the relationship of the development of teacher and the teacher learningcommunity.Under the view of the development of teacher,we think the direction of the development of teacher have guiding significance for the development of teacher learningcommunity. Teacher learning community should pay attention to the demand of the developmentof teacher learning communityThird, we analysis problems in the view of teacher education standards under teacherlearning community existing in the construction.Fourth, we put forward the corresponding strategy advice for problems of teachers learningcommunity construction in view of the teacher education in the view development.
