Teacher professional development is an important theme of education reform in the world today.In the United States,primary and secondary schools use the teacher professional learning community as the organizational carrier for teacher professional development.In practice,they have created different forms of teacher professional learning communities based on different task goals.Teachers 'professional learning community with teaching optimization as the central task and teachers' professional learning community with practical problem solving as the central task.Although the professional learning community of teachers for different tasks is different in the operation process,they all reflect the common characteristics of the new teacher professional development paradigm: emphasize the teacher's subject status;attach importance to teachers' social learning;consider teachers as a reflection of cooperation practitioners,etc.This research mainly uses the literature research method,comparative research method,and case study method.It focuses on teachers' professional learning community with text analysis as the central task,classroom teaching optimization as the central task,and practical problem solving as the central task.The goal,characteristics and organization of the teacher professional learning community are introduced,and the operation process of the teacher professional learning community with different central tasks is specifically discussed in combination with specific cases.The purpose is to provide reference and inspiration for the development of teacher education in China.The basic content of this article is as follows:Introduction,starting with the question,clarifies the purpose and significance of this topic,and conducts a literature review of related research at home and abroad to clarify the research design and research methods.The first chapter summarizes the basic research related to the teacher professional learning community,and clarifies the concept,theoretical basis,goals and basic characteristics of the teacher professional learning community.The second chapter presents the elements of a professional learning community for teachers in elementary and secondary schools in the United States,including forming a common mission and vision,establishing rules for the professional learning community for teachers,clarifying the members and responsibilities of the professional learning community for teachers,and constructing a cooperative learning culture and teacher culture Four aspects.The third chapter explains the operation process of the teacher learning community with text analysis as the central task,and uses the teacher writing group as an example to make a detailed analysis of the operation process of this type of teacher professional learning community and clarify its operation process.The fourth chapter describes the operation process of the teacher learning community centered on the optimization of classroom teaching,and takes the case study as an example to make a concrete analysis of the operation process of this type of teacher professional learning community to clarify its operation process.The fifth chapter explains the operation process of the teacher learning community with practical problem solving as the central task,and takes the teacher cooperative action research as an example to make a concrete analysis of this type of teacher professional learning community operation process and clarify its operation process.The sixth chapter,combining the experience of the American Teacher Professional Learning Community in the process of running and the current status of the Teacher Professional Community in China,provides reference and inspiration for the development of teacher education in China.
