The history of biological science records the occurrence and development history of biological science and reappears the process of science research.Since the end of 19th century,the teaching of scientific history was paid more attention for the educational countries-British and United States and it had more greater influence.The idea of new curriculum reform in China also emphasized the teaching on the history of biological science and biological concept.In a way,the learning of the history of biological science and biological concept is not separated.The research propose of this paper is to understand the teaching situation of he history of biological science in the university and to try using the history of science to promote the construction of biological concept for students and to provide the relevant teaching design as the reference.The paper uses the method of literature,questionnaire,interview,observation and case study to understand the content,form,effect and the degree of preference of history of science for students of Arts and Sciences and the history of science is or not benefit for learning attitude of biological concept.During the interview to teachers,we focus on the points of the effect,the method of solving problems and obtain the approach of history of biological science.Finally,the paper bases on the theory of psychology and writes the feasible teaching plan to apply for the teaching practice.The result indicates the proportion of the students of Sciences have more advantage that the interest and requirement of the scientific history and the learning of biological concept than the students of Arts.Teachers can recognize the value of history of biological science and but different understand and habit for the history of science causes the difference between the teaching attitude of scientific history and teaching method.The paper further investigates the before and after performance of the students of Sciences on changing the teaching style of scientific history of teachers,which it shows after changing the teaching style,teachers can able to improve effectively the quality of teaching.The study finds if using proper teaching methods and teaching of scientific history,it will motivate the interest of learning,the passion of research to help students to interdependently construct the biological concept.The paper gives some suggestions according to specific situation.
