Along with the formation of the learning society fashion and the establishment of lifelong education system,the study of community education all over the world has been more and more deeply.After our country from the new China was founded,based on the urban and rural community education research have sprung up.But in the past few decades,the villages and towns as the transition of rural into urban zone the community education research are rarely involved.Today,the economic developed areas of the villages and towns has broken the original rural living pattern.The new rural construction in full swing,to the development of community education offers a fresh soil.At the same time transition of villages and towns life community education are needed to answer the problem.This paper argues that the community education is in fully considering the regional features of the early,the effective use of the villages and towns community various natural and humanistic education resources,carry out to promote rural social development optimization,such as economy,politics,culture,environment,at the same time improve township residents morality accomplishment,professional technology and the happiness of life all kinds of social education activities.Based on this,this study selected the Yangtze river delta region is a typical small and medium-sized towns along the river as the research object,its current situation,problem,as the main research contents,fully tap the rural community education is succeeding,to form the problem area community education conclusions and countermeasures for research purposes,in order to can be used as a reference for similar construction of rural community education and promote the role,at the same time rich community education in rural areas.This research adopts literature method,observation method,questionnaire and semi-structured interview method to the Yangtze River delta region Z town,the status quo of community education field investigation.After the result of the survey analysis,summarized the basic implementation Z town of community education,summarizes the characteristics and advantages of community education in the region,and also summed up the following questions: First,target fuzzy,planning ideas are not clear.Second,lack of education investment,simple facilities.Third,equipped with a lack of professional teachers,volunteers can be evaded.Fourth,residents of community education bias.The fifth,management is loose,and lack of efficient operation mechanism.The sixth single way of education,curriculum development and design slightly behind.According to the specific problem,put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions of this study is to: One,the popularization of community education propaganda,establishing incentive mechanism of community education;two,improve the network of community education services for residents education personalized custom community meal;three,to set up the community responsibility system of teacher education curriculum,the implementation of community education volunteers integral strategy;four,innovative ideas to pinpoint the villages and towns community education,social goal planning characteristics.Five,strengthen the government as a whole,set up effective management and operation mechanism of rural community education.Six,optimization of teaching methods,to speed up the pace of systematic curriculum construction.
