The Research On The Impacts Of The Rural Community Construction To The Relationship Between The Township And Village

The healthy development of the rural relations relates to the rural area of stability and prosperity and the public security of the country. Under the background of the rural community construction, experiments of the rural community construction are being widely conducted in China. It is foreseeable that the upsurge of the rural community construction in whole country is coming. The research about rural community construction, which can improve how much level of village self-government and can produce how much effect on the village relation, has very important value of research.The research on the impacts of the rural community construction to the relationship between the Township and Village aims to analyze the township government's functional alienation in the village community construction through analyzing the village environment change caused by community constructing, and further proposes countermeasures to optimize the influences of community construction. This is beneficial to promote rural community construction, to construct the harmonious rural relations, and to promote the stability and development of rural areas. Based on the analysis of rural relations pattern evolution in the modern society of China, this paper found out the the features of rural relations evolution and said the essence of this evolution is the relationship between state and society. Then, under the direction of TRA and Administrative ecology theory, author proposed the model about the rural relations' influences arose from the rural community construction. After that, according to the material from the investigation, author used this model to make positive analysis to the rural community construction of Guangming Village and build the relationship between the impacts of the rural community construction and the township government's functional alienation. Finally, to optimize the effect of the rural community construction and to construct the harmonious rural relations, this paper put forward three countermeasures, such as speeding up the development of rural community autonomy, putting ahead with the reform of township functions, setting up the law system about rural governance, and reforming rural grassroots governance structure gradually.
