In order to further understand the physical health status of Tibetan and Han college students and analyze the differences of Tibetan and Han college students' physique,it provides a theoretical basis for improving and improving the physical health status of Tibetan and Han college students in the future.Through literature,interview,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the overall situation and the dynamic trend of the indexes in the physical form,body function and physical quality of the freshmen to senior students of Tibetan Han nationality in grade 2015.The results showed that: body shape: there was no significant difference in height and weight between boys,height and weight between girls and girls.Physical function: There was no significant difference in vital capacity between boys and girls in four years.Physical fitness :(1)Speed quality: there was no significant difference between boys and girls in four years.(2)Endurance quality: There were significant differences among boys in four years,among girls in freshman,sophomore and senior year,but not in junior year.(3)Flexibility: There was no significant difference between boys and girls in four years,but not between freshmen and seniors.(4)Boys have significant differences in upper limb strength from one to three,while four have no significant differences.There were significant differences in the strength of waist and abdomen among girls in four years.There were significant differences in the strength of lower limbs between the first and third year of the male students,the fourth year of the year did not have significant differences,and all the girls had significant differences in the four years.(5)The physique of male and female students in Tibetan Han nationality has changed in the four years of college,but at the end of college life,their physical function and physical fitness have decreased significantly.To this end,the author puts forward suggestions for rectification and strengthening.It is suggested that college students should develop their own good living habits and arrange their daily routine and diet reasonably.Strengthen self-exercise consciousness,do not indulge in electronic supplies and online games,actively treat physical education courses,and actively participate in family extracurricular activities.3.teachers should not only pay attention to the instruction of sports techniques and tactics in the process of organizing physical education teaching,but also strengthen the teaching of relevant physical education theory knowledge and exercise methods,cultivate students' ability to exercise themselves,so that they want to exercise will exercise,enjoy the joy of physical exercise.4.teachers should also understand the characteristics of Tibetan and Han college students in physical form,physical function and physical quality,so as to formulate targeted teaching contents and teaching methods,and carry out targeted physical exercise in order to strengthen the deficiency of individual quality.5.schools should strengthen the organization and guidance of extracurricular sports activities,and create a good atmosphere of physical fitness by holding various forms of fitness activities,lectures and seminars to arouse students' enthusiasm and initiative in exercise.6.the government should further strengthen the supervision of physical work,and require relevant departments to implement and implement the physical work situation.
