A Preliminary Study On The Safety Risk Management Of Swimming Training Institutions In Chengdu

Swimming is the most popular sport in the world.Swimming has gradually become one of the most people's pursuit of quality of life,the pursuit of a healthy way of life.However,swimming is also a high risk,multiple security incidents of sports.Swimming safety issue has always been the focus of attention and discussion of the sports community and the community.The author through their own learning in college and professional,in the specific practice of social training of various swimming venues,through the observation that the current city swimming training in teaching of risk management in safety management,research,the system is not perfect,there is inadequate prevention and control measures.As well as in the swimming pool,safety accidents have occurred.This article through to the Chengdu area swimming venues,is concerned with the safety of swimming training in risk status,based on the field survey,using the risk management theory,find out the swimming training process of the actual or potential presence of safety problems.Draw lessons from the domestic and foreign counterparts,to find out the root of the safety risk of swimming training,using the identification,assessment approach to avoid and deal with.So as to reduce the probability of safety accidents,in order to facilitate the development of swimming training in a standardized,safe and orderly direction,it is conducive to the healthy development of the national fitness activities in a safe and healthy environment.The main research in the guidance of risk management theory,analysis of literature,expert interviews,questionnaire survey method,field investigation method and logic analysis method to the security risk problem in the swimming pool of Chengdu city in recent years are more detailed than the system used to help the city swimming venue management,in particular safety risk management.The safety risk management is gradually standardized,and the safety risk management theory is fully applied and improved in the swimming training program.Draw the corresponding conclusion:(1)the lack of safety management and risk control of the swimming training institutions in Chengdu city.(2)the shortage of professional experience and professional quality of swimming training personnel increases the risk of safety.(3)the teaching safety of swimming training students affected by their own behavior.Suggestions and countermeasures:(1)the relevant administrative departments of the state to further improve the laws and regulations in sports activities.Increase the intensity of the application of the theory of safety risk management in the management of sports activities.(2)the establishment and implementation of the evening system for the safety risk management of each swimming training institution.(3)the training of swimming coaches,students should strengthen the awareness of safety risk awareness education.
