Study On Risk Management Of Children’s Swimming Training In Ji’nan

Swimming can develop body coordination and enhance cardiopulmonary function.It is an important survival skill that everyone must master.Every summer,swimming courses remain high in popularity,with the most popular training courses for children.Young children generally refer to minors under the age of 14,and these minors participate in swimming activities is a high-risk sport,to ensure the safety of the young students,the risk management theory and the implementation of the study of swimming training is key.There are many risk factors that endanger personal safety in swimming training,such as environmental factors,children’s factors,comprehensive quality of coaches.In the course of the study,there are three links of risk identification,risk assessment and risk response,and then the overall risk management system of Ji’nan children’s swimming training is formed.First of all,various risk factors are identified through literature,list method and expert interview,and the risk items of Ji’nan children’s swimming training are obtained.Then the risk formula is calculated by using the risk formula obtained through the questionnaire,and the size of each risk is evaluated.Finally,the risk solution should be obtained.That’s the way.In the risk management of the major children’s swimming training institutions,according to the conclusions of this study,it can be compared to the actual situation of the gymnasiums,and the risk items and risk measures are more targeted.The establishment of risk management system for swimming training provides theoretical support and practical guidance for ensuring the safety of children’s swimming training.This study mainly studies the risk management of children in Ji’nan swimming classes by means of literature,investigation and analytic hierarchy process,and the following conclusions are obtained.(1)The risk sources of children swimming training in Ji’nan mainly come from three aspects: venues,facilities,coaches and children.Venues and facilities risk includes two major aspects: swimming pool conditions and facilities.The coach risk includes three major aspects: teaching experience,technical level and self regulation.The risk of young learners includes two aspects: practical action and safety awareness.(2)The middle link of risk management of Ji’nan children’s swimming training is risk assessment.The three dimensions of risk are the possibility of risk,the seriousness of the consequences and the controllability.The evaluation is the comprehensive quantitative treatment of the three,and an important part of the establishment of the riskmanagement system.(3)The last step of risk management for children swimming training in Ji’nan is risk response.This study should adopt three methods: risk reduction,risk transfer and risk avoidance.Risk reduction includes training courses to strengthen the supervision and management of the swimming pool,the recruitment of coaches in the primary position of technical assessment,active and active communication with the students and parents to avoid the occurrence of dangerous accidents.The purchase of insurance is a major method of risk transfer,which transfers the losses caused by risks and their financial consequences to the insurance companies.Risk avoidance refers to children who are not suitable for swimming,such as some specific diseases or physical inability,and training institutions avoid careless reception of students,thus avoiding the possible risk.
