Research On Safety Risk Management Of Youth Campus Football

In recent years,with the popularization and promotion of youth campus football,football activities of sports injuries,not only bring negative influence to the teenager's body and spirit,also directly affects the work of school sports.The study found that the current risk management related to specific sports,especially in football research activities involved risk factors is not yet comprehensive,therefore,it is necessary to manage the security risk adolescents campus football to study,to propose risk youth football activities injuries coping strategies and methods for its assistance in providing theoretical guidance and operational management.In this study,10 colleges and universities in Shandong Province as the main freshman survey,in case analysis to the three pilot schools selected for the survey.In this study,analysis and Zurich Burrito risk assessment and other research methods,purposeful,targeted safety risk factors to identify and assess adolescents' campus football existence,and accordingly select the appropriate security measures to reduce the risk of football.In this study,after the identification of adolescents' campus football safety risk assessment and countermeasure analysis,the preliminary results are as follows:(1)Football own characteristics determine the possibility to participate in the sport and the risk of injury occurring,however,these Risk Factors in most cases are not predictable,which is part of the unpredictable,potentially risk factors school football is a security risk analyzed in this study.(2)Teenagers campus football risk management by the risk identification,risk assessment and risk response of three parts.Risk identification should first be analyzed to determine and categorize the campus football activities,the potential risks;risk assessment is the risk of football quantitative and qualitative analysis aims to provide reliable scientific basis for decision-making and risk selection method was.Based on the investigation and analysis of the risk sources of campus soccer injury accidents and the guidance of the relevant experts,the "Youth campus football Security Risk Assessment Form" was designed,which can provide the operational basis for the assessment of the youth soccer safety risks.The table still need to be constantly revised in practice and application.(3)Youth campus football injury accident reason to human factors,physical factors and management factors in three dimensions.Risk Factors of its three kinds of survey results show that the security situation of our campus football is not optimistic.In J school,for example,the characteristics of non-football schools because many schools lack the hardware construction caused risk;and Z school football specialties such schools by the school building more software has caused a lack of risk.(4)Establish a social insurance system for school sports accident,socialized liability.Not only for young people to provide a healthy,safe environment movement,and it can be regarded as an effective way.
