With the rapid development of China's economy,people gradually realize the importance of health,which fitness is the direct cause.Fitness in the commercial health club has become a kind of fashion and private class is a significant part of it.Providing scientific training plan and professional guidance,private class helps the body-builder to achieve their goals rapidly.As a new kind of training method,core training plays an active role in competitive sports?fitness and recovery,and gets the favor of coaches.Core training is good for making the spine and pelvis stable?improving physical quality and balance ability?reducing fat?preventing sports injure and promoting healing.The research on core training in the commercial health club in this paper is in order to improve fitness effect?promote the development of the commercial health club and private training,thus improving the development of core training in the field of public training.By using the literature material method,field survey method,experimental method,interview method,the research methods such as random selection of chengdu fitness club legend 20 membership by standard of personal training is divided into two groups of pilates core strength training intervention,formulate training plan: core strength training,training content for pilates training action mainly mat action,training time for 3 months,is divided into three stages,three times a week for the training and training time in about 45 minutes each time,the intensity of training for 30 to 60 RM* 3-5 groups.Before and after the experiment,the experimental group of skeletal muscle,body fat,8 abdominal bridge level in succession,crook proneness index test results have significant differences,and bench test,grip strength index test results no significant difference.After the experiment,the experimental group and control group of skeletal muscle,body fat,8 abdominal bridge level compared with Zuoweitiqianqu has significant differences,grip strength and step test without significant difference.After three months of core strength training intervention,pilates can affect personal training members of health fitness,including personal change member body composition,increase muscle fat reducing,in shape effect;To improve the body's core muscles deep muscle strength and endurance;Enhance flexible fitness,but for personal training members of cardiorespiratory fitness and surface large muscle groups of the influence of muscle strength and muscular endurance is not big.
